Do you support customers in English?
Yes. Support is available 24/7 in English and Hebrew, by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Is there an SLA?
Yes. The availability commitment and the service credits that apply when it is not met are published in the SLA on the website.

Tell us what you run, and we will recommend the setup
A short call is enough: what runs on your server today, how much traffic it serves and what you expect to grow. You get a clear configuration and price, without being sold more than you need. Support answers in English and Hebrew.
